The Experience
At the Dell Forum, 50 unsuspecting visitors are given a secret mission. Through hidden rooms and a combination of an online and offline game, these visitors gain access to the servers that form the basis of numerous A.I. systems. By providing personal input, they add humanity to the system.
Background
Dell organizes an annual forum to directly hear from customers about their IT needs. In 2023, they wanted to add a special touch to this by creating an immersive experience.
