In these challenging times, how do we ensure that we still deliver a high-end event that makes guests look at events differently?
The Experience
Within ten minutes of the start, to their total surprise, all the guests are alone in a hotel room. They are challenged not to sit back and listen, but to actually go on an adventure themselves. An array of transformed experiences swings them from one to another.
Background
For too long, we have let people sit back and participate in events. This could be so much cooler. By completely redesigning this event from start to finish, we have significantly broadened the view of what is possible at events.
The open collaboration meant there was real co-creation but where the Experience Experts really took responsibility. The creative part ensured thinking outside the box. For the execution, full responsibility was taken and the details were thought through. This unburdened Postillion as a client but certainly did not absolve them of their own actions. I am already looking forward to the next production(s).
