Stories of pride

'We have many beautiful moments and stories of pride that we don't share with each other. Can you help us capture those stories, capture them and make them shareable?'

The Experience

With that question, we designed an experience for Proceon Scholengroep.
In one afternoon, guests received a call to write down their fondest memories, the moments when they beamed with pride.
This was followed by an exhilarating game full of teamwork, which even involved building a four-metre-high pyramid.
A book of the beautiful letters written by the participants was made.
This book full of proud stories can still be read online by them to this day.

Capturing stories of pride: yes you can.

Background

Being proud of your work, colleagues and yourself. It motivates enormously. It connects colleagues to each other and to the organisation. Yet these proud stories are rarely shared. What would happen if you did share these moments? That is why we designed this experience.
